Personal Photo Release

For good and valuable consideration, I agree to the following:

Rights Granted:

I allow Ford Motor Company ("Ford") to take and use my photos, videos, recordings, and other personal information ("Footage and Materials") for any lawful purpose, including advertising and promoting Ford’s products and services.
This includes all promotional, marketing, and advertising materials ("Content") in any media, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further compensation.
I agree that any material I provide or create, including my statements and opinions, can be used and edited by Ford.
I waive any right to inspect or approve the final Content, and I acknowledge Ford is not obligated to use the Footage and Materials.
“Ford” includes its affiliates, employees, agents, and assigns.

Warranties and Representations:

I have the right to grant these permissions to Ford.
No other permissions are needed for Ford to use the Footage and Materials.
I am 18 years or older, or have my parent/guardian’s consent if under 18.
My appearance in the Content is not a performance and is not employment under any collective bargaining agreement or performing arts guild, and does not entitle me to any compensation or benefits unless required by applicable agreements.

Release and Indemnification:

I release Ford and its affiliates from any claims or liability arising from the use of the Footage and Materials.
I agree to indemnify Ford against any claims arising from my breach of this agreement.

This agreement is the entire understanding between the parties, governed by Michigan law, and is irrevocable.
