  • We are so excited to welcome the employees and families of the Kentucky Truck Plant to your Family Open House on Sunday, September 13, from 11am-2pm!

    Join us for free food, festivities and games for all ages as we celebrate our latest accomplishments and Ford's exciting future. Plant tours will be available for all attendees so you can show off the plant to your family and guests. We can't wait!

  • Personal Photo Release

    For good and valuable consideration, I agree to the following:

    Rights Granted:

    I allow Ford Motor Company ("Ford") to take and use my photos, videos, recordings, and other personal information ("Footage and Materials") for any lawful purpose, including advertising and promoting Ford’s products and services.
    This includes all promotional, marketing, and advertising materials ("Content") in any media, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further compensation.
    I agree that any material I provide or create, including my statements and opinions, can be used and edited by Ford.
    All Footage and Materials are owned by Ford as “work made for hire” under U.S. copyright laws. If not “work made for hire” under U.S. copyright laws, I hereby assign any rights I have in the Footage and Materials.
    I waive any right to inspect or approve the final Content, and I acknowledge Ford is not obligated to use the Footage and Materials.
    “Ford” includes its affiliates, employees, agents, and assigns.

    Warranties and Representations:

    I have the right to grant these permissions to Ford.
    No other permissions are needed for Ford to use the Footage and Materials.
    I am 18 years or older, or have my parent/guardian’s consent if under 18.
    My appearance in the Content is not a performance and is not employment under any collective bargaining agreement or performing arts guild, and does not entitle me to any compensation or benefits unless required by applicable agreements.

    Release and Indemnification:

    I release Ford and its affiliates from any claims or liability arising from the use of the Footage and Materials.
    I agree to indemnify Ford against any claims arising from my breach of this agreement.

    Confidentiality:

    I will keep Ford’s advertising and promotional campaigns confidential and will not disclose any details without written approval from Ford.

    This agreement is the entire understanding between the parties, governed by Michigan law, and is irrevocable.

  • Minor Photo Release

    I represent and warrant that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor whose name appears above. I acknowledge and agree that I have read the foregoing Personal Release, and I understand each and all of the terms contained herein. I hereby expressly consent and agree that the above minor and I will be bound by all the provisions contained in this Personal Release.

  • Please note the following about the event: 

    • All active employees are encouraged to bring a maximum of four immediate family members (i.e. spouse, parents, grandparents, children, and grandchildren)
    • We encourage guests to carpool if possible, as parking may be limited 
    • Please wear closed toed shoes
    • No drugs or alcohol
    • No smoking or vaping
    • No weapons of any kind (including firearms, pocket knives, and pepper spray)
    • No oversized bags (all bags may be subject to search)
    • Filming and Photography will occur on-site
    • For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not permitted. Service animals are welcome.
